FIBAA is an established authority for quality audit within the higher education field. During the whole process of accreditation, we demand a certain level of quality from all participants. This requires at the same time that every member of the staff has internalised the same quality thought and bring this into action.

By establishing the position as a Representative of Quality Management in January 2011, FIBAA lays the foundation to a systematic and adjusted quality management for all process steps within the agency.
