This procedure deals with the evaluation of our project managers by the assessors. 

The evaluation procedure for our project managers is based on the following considerations: 

Assessors have a need for differentiated expression. 

  • On an internal level, the evaluations are to show potential for improvement. 
  • On an external level, we must be able to show that the quality criteria required for accreditation agencies are reviewed, and that - where appropriate - measures for change/improvement resulting from the review were adopted and implemented. 
  • The effects of the evaluations must be discernible - for all participants. The learning and development culture that prevails in FIBAA is to profit by the quality management system. Summaries of the evaluation results are published annually in anonymous form in the FIBAA newsletter.
