This procedure deals with the evaluation of our events by the participants who attended the training session, seminar or workshop. 

The evaluation procedure for training sessions is based on the following considerations: 

  • The Managing Directors and the heads of division have a need for feedback on the range of training sessions, seminars and workshops offered, to enable them to properly evaluate the pertinence of the training content. 
  • Participants have a need for differentiated expression. They would like to have enough time and space for their final evaluation. 
  • On an internal level, the evaluations are to show potential for improvement in regard to the range of training sessions and seminars offered. 
  • On an internal level, the evaluations are to make the experiences of the assessors with day-to-day accreditation procedures available and usable for own quality development measures.

Summaries of the evaluation results are published annually in anonymous form in the FIBAA newsletter.
