Recognition by the Ministry of Education and Training in Vietnam (MOET)
According to the decision 1940 of the Ministry of Education and Training in Vietnam (MOET) FIBAA was recognized as an international accreditation agency in Vietnam. FIBAA is allowed to conduct programme accreditation in the areas of law, business and management, social science and behaviour studies.
Accreditation Procedures
Since 2019, FIBAA has conducted more than 70 programme accreditations in Vietnam, partnering with leading higher education institutions including the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, the International University – Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, the National Economics University, and many others.

Furthermore, five Vietnamese universities have been awarded FIBAA Institutional Accreditation, reflecting the growing recognition of FIBAA's quality assurance framework and its contribution to the internationalisation of higher education in Vietnam.
Cooperation with the Centre for Education Accreditation – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CEA-AVU&C)
In July 2025 FIBAA signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Centre for Education Accreditation – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CEA-AVU&C).
The Center for Accreditation of Education under the Association of Vietnam Colleges and Universities (CEA-AVU&C) vows to accompany educational institutions in the process of improving the quality of Vietnamese education, meeting the requirements of human resources to serve the country’s integration and development. CEA-AVU&C strives to always be the leading center for educational quality accreditation in Vietnam; recognized as a measure of professionalism, impartiality and fairness in the field of educational quality accreditation.
